The Department of Management Information Systems holds a scientific symposium on simulating the design of a website to measure performance indicators at the University of Mosul.

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Muhammad Jamil, the Department of Management Information Systems, in cooperation with the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division, held a scientific symposium on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, entitled:
“Simulating the Design of a Website to Measure Performance Indicators for Academic Departments at the University of Mosul.” The symposium was held in the hall of the new building at the college.
The symposium began with welcoming remarks to the attendees, followed by a brief overview of the symposium’s concept and objectives, which revolve around presenting a simulated model for designing a website that contributes to measuring performance indicators for academic departments at the university. This is within the framework of enhancing the quality of higher education and scientific research and developing institutional evaluation mechanisms in line with modern academic accreditation standards. The symposium featured a detailed presentation by fourth-year student Manhal Ghanem Attia Hassan, from the Department of Management Information Systems, as part of his graduation research project, supervised by Assistant Professor Dr. Ramadan Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi.
At the conclusion of the event, the Dean of the College presented a certificate of appreciation to the supervising professor and the implementing student, in recognition of their outstanding efforts. He expressed his full support for such pioneering scientific initiatives, which contribute to the university’s scientific and technical progress.
