College of Administration and Economics

The College of Business and Economics Council held its eighteenth session on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, chaired by the Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Muhammad Jamil, and attended by the Dean’s Assistants for Academic and Administrative Affairs and heads of academic departments.

The meeting began with a welcoming speech by the Dean of the College. The Council then discussed a number of important topics, most notably the need to move towards adopting electronic work and digitizing all college activities, in line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The Dean of the College also directed the College Council members to prepare for the final exams for undergraduate students in the second, third, and fourth years, contributing to the success of the educational process. He also urged faculty and graduate students to publish their research in international repositories (Scopus).

The session concluded with a discussion of the most important items on the agenda, and the adoption of appropriate decisions and recommendations that will contribute to achieving the college’s goals and supporting its academic and administrative progress.
