College of Administration and Economics

The Council of the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul held its nineteenth session on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Sinan Zuhair Muhammad Jameel, Dean of the College, and in the presence of the members of the Council. The session discussed a range of fundamental issues, where it was stressed the need for teachers and employees to adhere to the official working hours according to the approved timings, and the Dean directed the heads of scientific departments to raise qualitative topics for doctoral theses and master’s theses that serve the local community and its official institutions. The session also stressed the importance of preparing an action plan for holding scientific seminars, workshops and conferences, locally and internationally, in order to enhance the scientific status of the college, and the session stressed on encouraging graduate students and teachers to publish scientific research, especially in international containers (Scopus), in addition to supporting the Journal of Mesopotamia Development to be among the ranks of international academic journals.
