Supervisory Field Tours Deep Inside Examination Halls… Dean of the College of Administration and Economics Follows Up on Students’ Performance and the Flow of Logistical and Administrative Operations
As part of the ongoing commitment to ensuring the integrity of the examination process and the precise implementation of ministerial instructions, the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel, conducted a comprehensive field inspection this Saturday morning, May 10, 2025. He was accompanied by the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs and the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs. The tour covered all examination halls and the college’s academic departments.
This visit aimed to monitor the on-ground examination process, closely review the nature of the exam questions, assess student discipline in terms of attendance and departure based on pre-prepared time-tracking forms, and evaluate the effectiveness of the examination committees within the academic departments and their compliance with central instructions and organizational procedures.
The tour also included a review of the electronic surveillance systems in the halls through live camera feeds and ensured the readiness of all logistical services to maintain a stable examination environment that enhances academic performance.
These efforts align with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and aim to promote a culture of discipline and meticulous follow-up to ensure transparency and fairness in academic evaluation.
