College of Administration and Economics

As part of its efforts to enhance digital administrative efficiency, the Human Resources Division at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul organized a coordination meeting with members of the committee assigned to implement the staff information documentation system. The meeting was held in Lab No. 1 at the college’s dean’s office on May 21, 2025.

The meeting was conducted under the direct supervision of the Dean, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel, and coordinated by the Division Director, Dr. Noor Aboud. It aligns with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the University Presidency – Electronic Computing Center, aiming to securely store staff data and ensure easy access, thereby improving the quality of administrative performance and promoting the principle of good governance.

The meeting included discussions on the mechanisms for implementing the system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, as well as exploring future steps for maintaining regular updates to the records.
