A master’s thesis in the Department of Marketing Management discusses “Green Supply Chain Management and its Role in Enhancing Marketing Capabilities / An Analytical Study in Badoush Cement Factory / Expansion.”

The Marketing Management Department at the College of Management and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed on Sunday, August 3, 2025, the master’s thesis titled “Green Supply Chain Management and its Role in Enhancing Marketing Capabilities / An Analytical Study in Badoush Cement Factory / Expansion.” The current study presented by the student “Ruba Salem Dawood” in the Marketing Management Department aimed to clarify the nature of the correlation and impact between green supply chain management as an independent variable and marketing capabilities as a dependent variable at both the aggregate and partial levels. The study concluded with significant findings, the most important of which is: There is a significant correlation between green supply chain management and marketing capabilities; it was found that green supply chain management, with all its dimensions, significantly contributes to enhancing the marketing capabilities of the researched organization.
The discussion committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Mahmoud Hamid, with the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Amer Fadaous Adhib – College of Administration and Economics – University of Baghdad, and Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Youssef Fathi, under the supervision and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Munther Khadr Yaqoub.
