The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul, discussed on Monday, August 4, 2025, the PhD thesis titled: “Sustainable Leadership as an Approach to Quality Management Sustainability – Testing the Mediating Role of Agile Educational Services / A Case Study at the Northern Technical University,” presented by student Rana Jamal Khalil.The study aimed to highlight sustainable leadership as an approach to quality management sustainability, by employing agile educational service practices, within the framework of addressing the intellectual and organizational challenges hindering the implementation of these concepts in educational institutions.The results showed a number of important indicators, most notably: the positive effect of agile educational services on the sustainability of quality management.The discussion took place in Hall No. (2), and the discussion committee consisted of the following members:Prof. Dr. Ahmad Ali Hussein – Tikrit University – Chair.Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul-Sattar Al-Hafiz – Member.Assistant Prof. Dr. Adel Mohammed Abdullah – Member.Assistant Prof. Dr. Ragheed Ibrahim Ismail – Member.professor Dr. Thaier Ahmad Saadoon Al-Samman – as a member and supervisor.
