The Department of Business Administration discusses a high diploma thesis (equivalent to a master’s degree) on the strategy of interlocking waves and creative behavior.On Monday, August 4, 2025

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Management and Economics – University of Mosul discussed the high diploma thesis (equivalent to a master’s degree) titled: “The Role of Interlocking Waves Strategy in Enhancing the Creative Behavior of Individuals: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees at the Nineveh Agriculture Directorate,” submitted by the student Muhammad Abdul Karim Muhammad Ahmed Al-Jubouri, in Discussion Room No. (1).
The study aimed to demonstrate the role of the interlocking waves strategy in its dimensions (luxurious leadership, strategic navigation, genius leadership, future management, knowledge leadership) in enhancing the creative behavior of employees through its dimensions (fluency, originality, flexibility, problem awareness, risk-taking).
The study concluded that the interlocking waves strategy represents one of the cognitive strategies capable of aligning and modeling the mental processes of individuals working in the Nineveh Agriculture Directorate, which contributes to enhancing their creative behavior.
