••Market Innovation through Digital Technologies… Master’s Thesis Discussion at the Department of Marketing, College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul on Enhancing Market Knowledge••

The Department of Marketing at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul, on Thursday, August 14, 2025, discussed the master’s thesis submitted by the student Ali Qais Jalal Mohammed, entitled:
“The Contribution of Marketing Technologies to Enhancing Market Knowledge – An Analytical Study at AsiaCell Mobile Communications Company in the Northern Region,” in Discussion Hall No. (1).
The study highlighted the role of marketing technologies, including social media, email, mobile phones, and content marketing, in enhancing market knowledge across its dimensions: customer knowledge, competitor knowledge, and market research and development. The results revealed a clear correlation and impact between marketing technologies and market knowledge, supporting companies’ ability to adapt to market changes and formulate innovative and effective strategies.
This research aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), reflecting the role of marketing technologies in fostering innovation and developing strong knowledge foundations that support the growth of the industrial and service sectors in the local market.
