Master’s Thesis in the Department of Industrial Management Discusses “The Impact of Business Process Reengineering on the Quality of E-Service” Tuesday, September 2, 2025

The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, discussed the Master’s thesis titled:

“The Impact of Business Process Reengineering on the Quality of E-Service.”

The current study, submitted by the student Fawaz Yaqzan Muzafar Al-Jubouri in the Department of Industrial Management, aimed to highlight that the shift toward digital e-services has become a central concern for many organizations, especially in light of the global expansion of digital transformation, with the ultimate goal of achieving a high level of service quality.

The study concluded with several key findings, most importantly: the necessity of giving sufficient attention to the concept of business process reengineering and adopting it as part of organizational operations in order to enhance service levels, provided that the necessary requirements and an appropriate technological environment are available. Furthermore, it emphasized training staff and developing their skills in using the latest technologies to improve performance efficiency and ensure beneficiary satisfaction with services.

The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Ali Abdul Sattar Al-Hafidh, with the membership of Asst. Prof. Hussein Nour Al-Din Izzat / Technical College of Kirkuk, and Asst. Prof. Riyadh Jamil Wahab, under the supervision and membership of Asst. Prof. Bassam Munib Ali Al-Taie.
