Service Quality and Beneficiary Satisfaction on the Academic Research Table in a Master’s Thesis at the Department of Business Administration – College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul”

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul discussed, on Monday, September 22, 2025, in Discussion Hall No. (1), the master’s thesis entitled “Service Quality and Its Impact on Beneficiary Satisfaction: An Exploratory Study of a Sample of Beneficiaries of Mosul Municipality Services” by the student Asmaa Adnan Ibrahim Al-Jubouri.

The study aimed to measure the level of service quality provided in Mosul Municipality and to compare its dimensions between the right and left sides of the city, in order to identify differences in service levels and their reflection on beneficiary satisfaction.

The results revealed that beneficiary satisfaction does not depend solely on service quality but is also influenced by other factors such as bureaucracy, organizational culture, and administrative procedures, which play a significant role in shaping beneficiaries’ perceptions of the services provided.
