The Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul Organizes an Awareness Lecture on Selection Mechanisms in the Employment Process
Under the direction of Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Al-Jameel, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit organized a lecture entitled “Selection Mechanisms in the Employment Process”, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
The lecture was delivered by Lecturer Iman Ali Ahmed, who discussed the main methods and criteria used in selecting job candidates, highlighting the importance of these mechanisms in identifying the most suitable person for each position.
The workshop aimed to familiarize students with the mechanisms of selection in the employment process, emphasize their importance in making effective hiring decisions, and develop students’ abilities to successfully and confidently pass interview stages.
