Master’s Thesis on the Role of Strategic Quality Management in Enhancing Knowledge Dynamics at the Department of Industrial Management – College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul
The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul, discussed on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, the Master’s thesis titled “The Role of Strategic Quality Management in Enhancing Knowledge Dynamics”, held in Discussion Hall No. (2).
The thesis was submitted by Omar Sami Abdul-Majeed, and aimed to explore the role of strategic quality management—represented by its dimensions (participative management, employee empowerment, incentives and rewards, and job satisfaction)—in enhancing knowledge dynamics, which include (cognitive knowledge, emotional knowledge, spiritual knowledge, and high-entropy knowledge dynamics) among the employees of the Sunni Endowment Directorate in Nineveh Governorate.
The study concluded that all dimensions of strategic quality management and knowledge dynamics scored higher than the hypothetical mean value (3) on the five-point Likert scale, reflecting a clear awareness among employees of the importance of these dimensions. Moreover, the results indicated that employee empowerment ranked first among the dimensions of strategic quality management, emphasizing its vital role in supporting a knowledge-based work environment within organizations.
