Discussion of a Master’s Thesis in the Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul on the Role of Green Intellectual Capital in Enhancing Organizational Brilliance

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul discussed on Thursday, December 4, 2025, in Discussion Hall No. (1), the master’s thesis titled: “Green Intellectual Capital as an Approach to Achieving Organizational Brilliance:An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in Aswar Al-Burj Al-Ivory Real Estate Investment Company.”
The study, submitted by Esraa Adel Hameed Ahmed, aims to provide a comprehensive theoretical framework that clarifies the intellectual contributions related to the study variables. It also seeks to diagnose the levels of green intellectual capital and organizational brilliance within the surveyed company, in addition to testing the correlation and impact relationships between the two variables from a statistical and analytical perspective.
The results revealed a significant correlation between green intellectual capital and organizational brilliance. The study further demonstrated that green intellectual capital has a substantial effect in enhancing organizational brilliance within the company.
The session was attended by the Dean of the College, Prof. Sinan Zuheir Mohammed Jameel, and the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Salim Khalil Khalid.
The examination committee consisted of: Asst. Prof. Dr. Adhwaa Kamal Hussein Al-Jarraah as a chair, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ali Thannon Younis as a member, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Mohammed Jasim as a member and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hussein Hassan Al-Jirjari as a member and supervisor.
