The Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul discussed on Thursday, December 4, 2025 the Higher Diploma thesis titled: “The Contribution of Green Manufacturing Strategies to Enhancing Strategic Success,” in the Economics Department hall.

The thesis, presented by Sabri Amer Sabri, aimed to clarify the concept, importance, and objectives of green manufacturing, in addition to analyzing its strategies and the dimensions of strategic success as discussed in recent literature and research. The study sought to build a knowledge base that can be utilized in the field of production and operations management and to provide a new scientific contribution to this field.

The study reached several conclusions, the most significant of which was:
that achieving and improving strategic success is strongly linked to the extent to which the company under study adopts green manufacturing strategies—whether collectively or individually—due to their direct impact on enhancing performance and achieving long-term objectives.

The examination committee consisted of:Prof. Thaier Ahmed Saadoun as a chair, Asst. Prof. Dr. Zahraa Ghazi Thannon as a member , Asst. Prof. Dr. Abdulaziz Bashar Haseeb as a member and Dr. Islam Yousif Sheet (Lecturer) as a member and supervisor.
