The College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul / Department of Industrial Management Discusses a Higher Diploma Thesis on Sustainable Training and Teacher Quality
The Higher Diploma thesis titled “The Role of Sustainable Training in Improving Teacher Quality” was discussed at the University of Mosul – College of Administration and Economics – Department of Industrial Management. The thesis was submitted by the student Othman Fouad Sheet Al-Abbasi, and the discussion took place on Thursday, December 11, 2025, in Discussion Hall No. (2).
The study aimed to analyze the impact of sustainable training on improving the performance quality of primary school teachers in Nineveh, and to identify the components of their professional competence. It also sought to provide a framework that contributes to developing training programs that help enhance the quality of education. Additionally, the study addressed the key professional needs of teachers and measured the extent to which continuous training is reflected in their performance inside the classroom.
Key Findings:
The results confirmed that sustainable training is an influential and effective approach to improving teacher performance quality.
A clear, significant correlation and impact were found between the dimensions of sustainable training and the development of teachers’ professional competencies.
