Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul Discusses a Master’s Thesis on the Impact of Human Resource Planning on the Quality of Public Services

The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administration and Economics – University of Mosul witnessed the discussion of a Master’s thesis entitled: “The Impact of Human Resource Planning Elements on the Quality of Public Services”,

submitted by the student Ali Samir Fathi Al-Ta’i, at Discussion Hall No. (1).
The study aimed to identify the extent of the impact of human resource planning elements, represented by (forecasting the supply of employees, human resource recruitment planning, human resource training planning, and employee inventory), on the dimensions of public service quality, namely (reliability of public services, tangibility of services, service responsiveness, quality of employee performance, and self-service technology).
The study reached several conclusions, most notably the existence of a statistically significant impact of human resource planning elements on the dimensions of public service quality, due to their effective role in raising the level of public services, enhancing institutional performance efficiency, and contributing to the achievement of organizational objectives with greater efficiency.
