College of Administration and Economics

In line with the directives of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and in an effort to enhance residential stability and provide a safe and supportive university environment for students, and within the framework of the field follow-up program approved by the University Presidency for college deans, the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jameel, conducted a night field visit to the student dormitories on Tuesday evening, 13 January 2026.

The visit came as part of the Dean’s assignment to follow up on the student dormitories during the first and second weeks of January. During his tour in the second week, he visited the Al-Farouq Residential Complex for students on the right bank of the city.

During the visit, the Dean reviewed on the ground the level of services and the living conditions of the students, and listened directly to their observations and needs. A number of requirements were addressed immediately, while other obstacles were identified and included in official reports for follow-up and resolution in coordination with the relevant authorities.

The Dean affirmed that these field visits are part of continuous monitoring and administrative commitment, and aim to ensure the provision of a suitable residential environment that contributes to supporting the educational process and enhancing students’ psychological and social stability.
