Field Follow-up to Ensure the Accuracy of Admission Procedures: The Deanship of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul Monitors the Work of the Postgraduate Studies Division

Within the framework of its keenness to complete the application requirements for postgraduate studies with high efficiency and in accordance with approved regulations, the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jamil, conducted a field visit on the morning of Sunday, June 7, 2026, to the Postgraduate Studies Division to monitor the progress of both electronic and paper application procedures for applicants to postgraduate programs for the 2026–2027 academic year.
The Dean was accompanied during his visit by the Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Salem Khalil Khalid. They met with the Head of the Postgraduate Studies Division, Assistant Professor Dr. Zahra Ahmed Al-Nuaimi, and the division’s staff to review workflow mechanisms and follow up on the auditing stages of applicants’ files.
The visit included reviewing the procedures for inspecting and auditing electronic files, cross-referencing them with physical paperwork, and ensuring that all required documents and criteria are met. Furthermore, they followed up on the procedures for communicating with applicants whose files contained deficiencies, allowing them to complete their requirements within the designated timeframes.
The College Deanship emphasized the importance of processing applicants’ files with accuracy and speed to ensure that all documentation is ready and admission requirements are fulfilled ahead of the competitive examination date, reflecting the college’s level of organization and commitment to providing the best services to applicants.
