Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Mohammed Jamil, the college welcomed on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, the external examiner, Professor Dr. Abdulnafea Abdullah Al-Zarari from the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business – Poland. This field academic visit was dedicated to evaluating and auditing the postgraduate program in the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences in accordance with quality and academic accreditation standards.

​The visit included a comprehensive review of the postgraduate academic program, in the presence of the Head of the Department, Assistant Professor Dr. Oday Salem Ali, members of the Postgraduate Studies Committee, and the postgraduate coordinator in the department. Additionally, Assistant Professor Dr. Ibrahim Fares Ali from the Department of Quality Assurance and University Performance at the University of Mosul presidency attended in his capacity as the head of the Teaching and Learning Process Support Unit, along with Lecturer Zaid Khalil Ibrahim, head of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division at the college.

​The evaluation process involved auditing the academic and administrative documents of the program, reviewing exam questions and booklets and their alignment with learning outcomes, as well as verifying procedures for ensuring information confidentiality. It also included assessing the educational environment and infrastructure of the classrooms designated for postgraduate students, leading up to the preparation of the final evaluation report.

​This visit comes within the framework of the college’s endeavor to enhance the quality of postgraduate programs and establish a culture of academic evaluation based on international standards, contributing to the development of the educational and research environment and raising the level of scientific outcomes.
