Professor Dr. Sinan Zuhair Muhammad Jamil, Dean of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul, continues to reinforce the open door policy he has adopted since taking office. He directly receives all visitors daily, including faculty members, staff, students, and off-campus visitors, without adhering to fixed appointments or schedules, ensuring prompt processing of requests and effective response to their needs.

​In this context, the Dean received a number of college students today, Monday, September 21, 2026, in the presence of Mr. Ahmed Muhammad Abdul Karim Al-Shaker, Head of the Morning Studies Registration Division, and in coordination with the Citizen Affairs Unit, accompanied by Mr. Sadiq Younis Hilal Sadiq, to present requests submitted during the daily reception of visitors.

​During the meeting, the submitted requests were reviewed in accordance with applicable ministerial rules and instructions. Following the completion of standard official procedures, the Dean approved several hosting requests to transfer from evening to morning studies, in line with ministerial guidelines and serving the academic interests of eligible students. The Dean also met with the student representative of the College of Administration and Economics, alongside representatives from various academic departments, where they discussed several proposals and topics regarding the academic and service environment, aiming to enhance the university atmosphere and strengthen communication with students.

​The College of Administration and Economics emphasizes that adopting the open door policy reflects the leadership’s commitment to fostering direct communication with all personnel and visitors, expediting administrative transactions, and delivering high-quality administrative and academic services with responsibility and transparency to foster a supportive and inspiring academic environment.
