College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul Represented in the Advisory Expert Committee for Developing Finance and Banking Programs in Iraq

Prof. Dr. Nameer Amir Jassim Al-Sayegh, from the Department of Finance and Banking at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Mosul, participated in the meeting of the Advisory Expert Committee for Finance and Banking Specializations. The meeting was held at the headquarters of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research – Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up.

​The meeting focused on establishing and updating undergraduate and postgraduate academic programs within the specialized fields of finance and banking. These efforts aim to enhance the quality of university education, keep pace with scientific and professional developments, and address labor market needs.

​Prof. Dr. Nameer Amir Al-Sayegh represented the University of Mosul in the committee’s proceedings alongside a select group of professors and experts from Iraqi universities, including the Universities of Anbar and Basra.

​This participation aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4, “Quality Education,” by supporting the development of academic programs and advancing the quality of higher education in Iraq.
