A lecture and a field visit where the College of Archeology/ University of Mosul participates to complete the training course in photogrammetry using 3D technology.
In continuation of the training course in photogrammetry using three-dimensional technology, which was conducted in May at the College of Archeology, and sponsored by Tech4 Heritage which aims to train in heritage digitization techniques.
Trainees from the College of Archeology at the University of Mosul attended and participated on Monday, July 17, 2023, at the French-Iraqi Cultural Institute in Mosul, in a lecture entitled (3D Photographic Documentation of the Gates of the Old City of Mosul) delivered by architect Sahar Muhammad Kharoufa, author of the book (The Old City of Mosul – Architectural Heritage). / Documentation), followed by a field visit to the old city and photographing some of the doors of heritage houses.
