Master’s Thesis Defense – Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences Student Marwa Salam Salih defended her thesis titled: “Predicting Fatigue Induced by the Stages of the RAST Test Based on Metabolic Power and a Number of Functional Indicators.”

إليك ترجمة دقيقة وأكاديمية لهذا النص إلى اللغة الإنجليزية:
The thesis addressed the prediction of the strength of the direct correlation between metabolic power and the fatigue index resulting from the six stages of the RAST test, as well as how to predict fatigue based on it and on the derived functional indicators, alongside their correlation with the test’s fatigue index.
The researcher concluded that there are significant positive correlations between the fatigue index (FI) and both mean metabolic power, peak metabolic power, relative mean metabolic power, as well as ($VO_2$) and ($VCO_2$). Furthermore, the linear regression results confirmed that mean metabolic power was the most contributing variable in predicting the fatigue index.
