**Strategic Partnership Connects the Colleges of Basic Education at the Universities of Mosul and Soran**

In an effort to consolidate the approach of knowledge openness and build strategic partnerships, the College of Basic Education at the University of Mosul marked an active presence within the high-level academic delegation that conducted an official visit to Soran University in Erbil Governorate, headed by the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi. The college was represented in these discussions by its Dean, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Younis Saleh Al-Jraisi.
The visiting delegation—which also included the Vice President for Scientific Affairs and a selection of college deans—received a distinguished official reception from the President of Soran University, Prof. Dr. Sherwan Sharif Qurtas, in an atmosphere reflecting the depth of academic ties and the eagerness of educational institutions to complement each other’s roles.
This important visit culminated in the signing of memorandums of understanding and extensive scientific cooperation agreements between the two universities, with the College of Basic Education and its corresponding departments securing the largest share. The agreement outlined a roadmap for future cooperation centered around key vital pillars, most notably:
