As part of the College of Basic Education / University of Mosul’s endeavor to enhance institutional performance and elevate the skills of university staff, the Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Kindergarten Department, held a workshop at the Al-Hadba Hall on Monday, October 12, 2026, entitled: «Towards Distinguished Institutional Performance: Developing the Soft Skills of University Staff».

The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of developing soft skills among university staff, contributing to enhanced effective communication, teamwork, the development of the institutional work environment, and the elevation of performance levels in alignment with the requirements of quality and excellence.

The workshop came within the framework of achieving Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education), which emphasizes the importance of providing quality education and promoting opportunities for continuous learning and development.

The workshop was presented by:

This workshop comes as part of the scientific and developmental activities that contribute to fostering a culture of quality and institutional excellence, and developing the capabilities of university staff, thereby supporting the journey of development and the enhancement of university performance.
