Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Professor Dr. Jassim Fathi Ali, the Physics Department at the College of Education for Pure Sciences held a training course entitled “Improve Your English with Parts of Speech” from March 1-5, 2026. The course was presented by Assistant Lecturer Abdulaziz Taha Ahmed and Assistant Lecturer Zeina Tariq Daham. The course aimed to help university students understand the parts of speech in English and use them correctly in forming sentences, thus contributing to the development of their language skills and improving their ability to read, write, and communicate academically in English. Among the Sustainable Development Goals achieved by this course are Goal 4: Quality Education, Goal 5: Gender Equality, and Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth.
