“Entrepreneurship and Innovation: The Gateway to Technological Incubation” College of Medicine / University of Mosul

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Humam Ghanim Ibraahim, the Entrepreneurship Unit and the Technological Incubation Unit, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Medicine and the Department of Studies and Planning – Sustainable Development Unit, organized a workshop titled “Entrepreneurship and Innovation: The Gateway to Technological Incubation” on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, in the Al-Razi Hall, College of Medicine, University of Mosul.

The workshop included two lectures:

– The first lecture was given by Asst. Lect. Shaymaa Muyasar Nayif, titled “Entrepreneurship: The Gateway to Innovation”.

– The second lecture was given by Asst. Lect. Rawia Tarik Yasien, titled “The Importance of Technological Incubation and its Role in Transforming Ideas into Successful Projects”.

The workshop emphasized the importance of innovation and technology in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, contributing to goals (3, 4, 12). The workshop was attended by number of students and faculty members.
