The competitive examinations for admission to postgraduate programs [Master’s and PhD] for the academic year 2026–2027 commenced this morning, Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at the College of Medicine, University of Mosul. The exams were held in a highly organized atmosphere, as the College provided a suitable examination environment under the direct supervision and follow-up of the College Deanship and the designated Examination Committee.

Prof. Dr. Humam Ghanim Ibraahim Zubair, Dean of the College, conducted an inspection tour of the examination hall to review the progress of the exam and its organization mechanism. He also checked the procedures in place to ensure a suitable environment for the applicants, and verified the availability of all requirements necessary to ensure the success of the examination process. This is to guarantee the highest levels of transparency, fairness, and equal opportunity.

Following the completion of the examination, the designated committee held interviews with the postgraduate applicants, as part of the approved admission procedures. The committee wished them continued success in their academic journey.
