In the presence of the Vice- Dean for Administrative Affairs, assistant Prof Dr Hazim Kh. al-Allaf, some administrative divisions of the college completed a number of urgent administrative tasks on Wednesday, 15th April 2020. The Human Resources, Oversight and Audit Divisions have completed the requirements of pension transactions for college employees who have been recently retired. Also, the full transactions were carried over to the Nineveh Retirement Department via the electronic path. Bonus exchange orders also were completed for them from accumulated leave. The concerned divisions finalized payrolls for April 2020 along with some other administrative orders. May God bless with the efforts of the good people who were present in the college’s deanship, such as the Supervision and Auditing Division, Nadia’s F. Khalil, and the Official of Human Resources Division Abdul Qadir M. Dahham, and others who are responsible for other related administrative units.

In another context, the Rapporteur of the Dept. of Anatomy, lecturer Dr Ahmad H. al-Hashemi was existed to discuss some cases of postgraduates of the same department concerning to the possibility of granting them five degrees according to the directions of the ministry.
