College of Medicine

The second meeting of the College Council for the academic year 2024-2025 was held on Sunday, October 13, 2024, chaired by Professor Dr. Basil SAEED, Dean of the College of Medicine. The meeting was attended by the University’s Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Professor Dr. Wahid Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, Assistant Professor Dr. Humam Ghanim Zubair, Vice Dean for scientific affairs (Council Secretary), Dr. Karam Turath Agha, Vice Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs Department at University of Mosul Dr. Muhammad Hazem Al-Ghazali. The council also hosted Dr. Dilshad Ali Abdullah, General Manager of the Nineveh Health Directorate, along with Teaching Hospitals Managers, and department heads from the Nineveh Health Directorate. Various issues were discussed, including the assignment of faculty staff to work in teaching hospitals, general announcements, postgraduate studies, student affairs, and miscellaneous matters.
