Embodying the role of the College of Medicine in serving the community and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals, the Volunteer Support Committee in the College of Medicine at the University of Mosul organized a visit to the Home for Children and the Elderly on Monday, July 8, 2025. The aim of the visit was to learn about the conditions of the residents and provide assistance to them.
This visit comes within the framework of promoting the Sustainable Development Goals, including:
Goal 1: No Poverty, Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, Goal 10: Reduced Inequalities, and Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals. This visit reflects the commitment of the college and the university to social responsibility and strengthening community ties.
