College of Medicine

Under the patronage of the President of Mosul University, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Humam Ghanim Ibraahim, the Legal Department at the College of Medicine, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Department, within the activities of the Continuing Education Unit, organized a training course titled “The Role of Civil Service Law and University Service Law in Reducing Administrative and Financial Corruption” during the period 3-4/6/2025.

The lectures were presented by:

1. Prof. Rukaya Zidan Shaban: “Good Governance According to the Civil Service Law and University Service Law and its Role in Preventing Corruption”.
2. Ms. Shayma Hatem Rashid: “Accountability and Professional Discipline as Legal Tools to Combat Administrative Corruption”.
3. Mr. Emad Abdul-Karim Hajji: “Financial Oversight under Functional Legislation and its Role in Reducing Financial Corruption”.

The course aims to enhance awareness of laws and legislation that contribute to reducing administrative and financial corruption.
