Faculty Members from the College of Medicine Participate in the International Conference AISDW 2025
A group of faculty members from the College of Medicine, specifically from the Department of Physiology, participated in the 1st International Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Sustainability in the Developing World (AISDW 2025). The conference was held at Akre University for Applied Sciences.

Participants:
– Dr. Afraa Mohammed Al-Ameen, Assistant Professor
– Dr. Yahya Salim Ahmed, Assistant Lecturer
– Dr. Huda Daham Badr, Assistant Lecturer

These faculty members participated as researchers and active contributors in the scientific sessions of the conference. Additionally, Dr. Rajaa  Ahmad Younis and Dr. Arwa Faiq attended the conference.

In cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning / University of Mosul Presidency – Sustainable Development Unit

Objectives:
– Enhance scientific research and international cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence and its applications in developing countries.
– Support the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly:
– Goal 4: Quality Education
– Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure
– Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals
– Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being
