Honouring a Professor from the Department of Surgery in the College of Medicine for his Excellence
Dr Bassam Khaled Al-Hajjar, a lecturer in the Department of Surgery, was honoured with the medal of excellence and creativity in the 2nd conference of the Doctors Syndicate, Nineveh branch, for his efforts in conducting a workshop on “congenital hypertrophy”, which was held at the Women’s Health Hospital.
He performed a surgery that was broadcast live on the screen of the meeting room of the aforementioned hospital for a two-year-old child, and it was successful.
