Master’s Thesis Discussing PAX5 Recurrence in Lymphoma
A master’s thesis from the Department of Pathology discussed the recurrence of the PAX5 parameter in lymphoma presented by the student Hiba R. Taher on Tuesday 12th January 2021. The dissertation discussed the importance of using various immunological parameters in the diagnosis and classification of lymphoma. It obtained a demonstration of the efficiency and reliability of PAX5 in this area. The discussion committee consisted of Prof Dr Wahdah M. Tayyib Al-Nuaimi (Chairman), Assistant Prof. Sana M. Tayyib Amin (Member), Consultant Doctor Hatim A.d Al-Nuaimi (Member), and Assistant Prof Dr Abdul Karim Y. Suleiman (Member and Supervisor).
After the discussion, the committee’s decision was read included accepting the thesis with the necessary amendments, and granting the student a master’s degree.
