Prof Dr Imad A. Thanoun, Head of the Department of Pharmacology at the College of Medicine, chaired a discussion committee for a postgraduate student/Master’s degree, Noor A. Abd Muhammad, College of Pharmacy, University of Mosul, Monday 11/14/2022, for her thesis ” The potential role of milk thistle in the prevention of liver damage caused by a dose of excess of paracetamol in male white rats”, which was supervised by Prof Dr Musab M. Khalaf and Dr. Mohamed Khaled Gamal El-Din from the College of Pharmacy.He also chaired a discussion committee for the student Nermin S. Issa Postgraduate Studies Master on 11/15/2022 for her thesis “Perception and practice of therapists in prescribing a vitamin B mixture in comparison with anti-epileptic drugs for patients with diabetic neuropathy” , which was supervised by the lecturer Dr Mohamed I. Mohamed from the College of Pharmacy.The above discussions were attended by the Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Prof Dr Zeina Abdel Moneim, who praised the efforts of Dr Emad Abdel Jabbar in discussing the students of the College of Pharmacy.During the discussions, Prof Dr Imad Abdel-Jabbar presented distinguished scientific points and asked questions that allowed others to scientific dialogue. It is mentioned that Prof Dr Imad Abdel-Jabbar obtained two patents for his original research this year.
