The College of Medicine at the University of Mosul, Leads the Programmatic Accreditation Scene in Iraq: Renewal of Jordanian International Accreditation Certificate for the Second Year

The College of Medicine at the University of Mosul has achieved a new milestone that adds to its series of qualitative successes, by renewing the Jordanian accreditation and quality assurance certificate, recognized internationally, after discussing the first follow-up report submitted to the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission. This reflects the college’s continuous commitment to applying the highest academic quality standards.

This achievement confirms the college’s pioneering position, where it has managed to achieve two international programmatic accreditations, a precedent that reflects the college’s efficiency and high readiness to adopt modern quality requirements, making it at the forefront of medical colleges in Iraq, and a model to be emulated within the University of Mosul.

This success is the result of the collective efforts of all faculty members and administrative staff, under the direct supervision of the Dean’s Office, which has given great attention to this file to ensure the continued accreditation of the Bachelor of Medicine and General Surgery program at the international level.

The Dean’s Office would like to extend its sincere thanks and appreciation to the Presidency of the University of Mosul, represented by Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University, for his continuous support and commitment to enabling the college to achieve its strategic goals in academic rigor and institutional excellence.
