The College of Medicine Attends the Ministerial Training Workshop in the Field of E-Learning

Under the slogan: “E-learning, new horizons in education,” in the auspices and presence of the President of University of Mosul, Prof Dr Qusay K. Al-Ahmadi, and in the presence of a delegation of the Ministerial E-Learning Team headed by Dr Amer S. al-Amir, and a number of members of the University Council, the Center for Continuing Education hosted training workshop by the Presidency of University of Mosul entitled “e-learning” on Wednesday, 5 February 2020. The Head of the Ministerial Delegation spoke during his lecture at the opening of the workshop, saying: ((The University of Mosul is characterized by a suitable infrastructure in the field of e-learning that qualifies it to move forward to advanced stages in distance education. it is considered the first in this regard according to Iraqi universities despite its exposure to destruction and vandalism during the terrorist gangs’ control of the city. It has a database containing 12,000 courses on the World Wide Web in various scientific and humanitarian disciplines, which is the highest number among Iraqi universities that were stable and possessed local and international support and were not exposed to what was exposed to the University of Mosul) … to the last of the workshop .. Among the attendees from the Faculty of Medicine were the instructor, the Scientific Affairs Division, the lecturer Dr Rana M. Raoof, and the Head of the Missions and Cultural Relations Division, the lecturer, Dr Umayma A. Ibrahim. It was also attended by the University Presidency, Director of the Center for Continuing Education, and specialists teaching staff.
