College of Medicine

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research formed a ministerial committee to inspect the site and building of Al-Qabas National College in Nineveh Governorate on 19th October 2021. The committee was chaired by the Scientific Vice- President of University of Mosul, Prof Dr Munir S. Taha with a number of teaching staff from Nineveh universities including the Administrative Vice-Dean of the College of Medicine University of Mosul, the Assistant Prof Dr Hazim Kh. Al-Allaf, and the Lecturer Dr Dina A. Al-Qazzaz. Indeed, the committee began its tasks by conducting a visit to the site of the college to be created where the eligibility of the laboratories and buildings of the Pharmacy Department and the rest of the college departments (four buildings) were evaluated. The committee prepared a report on the visit to be submitted later to the Ministry for the purpose of obtaining the approval of His Excellency the Minister on the record of the disclosure.
