In the presence of the Vice- Dean of the College of Medicine for Scientific Affairs assistant Prof Dr Humam Gh.Ibrahim Zubeer, and Vice- Dean for Administrative Affairs assistant Prof Dr Hazim Kh. al-Allaf, and Director of Technical and Administrative Affairs of the Nineveh Health Department Dr Walid B. al-Saba; The Iraqi Society of Otolaryngologists, Surgery of Head and Neck at Nineveh Department held a scientific medical symposium on Friday, 31January 2020. The symposium included one scientific session chaired by the Official of Arab Board (Mosul Training Centre) the Consultant Doctor Dr Rafie H. al-Qazzaz. Two lectures were presented at the session: the first for college teaching staff of the Department of Medicine in the College of Medicine, University of Nineveh, Dr Waseem H. al-Khaffaf entitled “Headache” While the second lecture was forteaching staff of the Department of Medicine Medical from the College of Medicine, University of Mosul Dr Muhammad H. al Saati entitled “MET Therapy for Erradication of H. Pylori”An introductory lecture was also given on the Bosnian Zada Company (the supporter of the symposium). This was attended by the president of the aforementioned association Prof Dr Ali A. Mohammad (Department of Surgery), some teaching staff from the College of Medicine at the University of Mosul and Nineveh, and a group of doctors specializing in the Nineveh Health Department. Holding this event is part of the association’s scientific activity from time to time.
