Training Course Concludes at the University of Mosul
Under the auspices of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Humam Ghanim Ibraahim, the training course for the Department of Pathology (Tissue Cutting Stages) concluded on Thursday, September 18, 2025. The course was held in the Pathology Laboratory at the College of Medicine and spanned three days.

Course Overview:
– *Day 1:* Theoretical lectures were delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Banan Burhan Muhammad and Lecturer Dr. Ali Nazar Majid.
– *Day 2:* Practical lectures were presented by a group of faculty members from the department. Participants learned about the steps and stages of tissue preparation and cutting through hands-on demonstrations.
– *Day 3:* Participants applied their knowledge practically under the supervision of the faculty.

Objectives:
The course aimed to introduce participants to the stages of tissue cutting and fixation methods. This initiative supports Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and 4 (Quality Education) by enhancing the skills of medical professionals and promoting high-quality education in the field of pathology.
