College of Medicine

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmood Al-Ibrahimi, President of the University of Mosul, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Humam Ghanem Ibrahim, Dean of the College of Medicine, the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division at the College of Medicine / University of Mosul, in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning – Sustainable Development Unit, organized a workshop on Monday, September 13, 2025, entitled:
“Regulations for Evaluation Files for the Academic Year 2024–2025.”

The workshop was attended by Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdullah Ahmed, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, along with liaison members, faculty members, and staff from various branches, divisions, and units of the college.

The workshop included three lectures:

1. First Lecture: Regulations for Evaluation Files – Asst. Prof. Dr. Noha Hajim Mohammed

2. Second Lecture: Presentation of the Latest Amendments to the Evaluation Forms – Asst. Prof. Dr. Kulthoom Hameed Ramadan

3. Third Lecture: How to Calculate the Questionnaire – Lecturer Roqaya Zaidan Shaban

The workshop aimed to clarify the regulations for evaluation files for the academic year 2024–2025, explain the sections of Form 35 related to medical faculty members, and review the latest amendments made to the administrative faculty form No. 10 and the staff evaluation form. It also addressed the method of calculating the student opinion survey regarding instructors.

This workshop contributes to achieving Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
