Workshop on Viral Hemorrhagic Fever*
Under the auspices of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Assistant Professor Dr. Humam Ghanim Ibraahim, the Department of Microbiology in the College of Medicine at the University of Mosul, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held its scientific workshop titled “Viral Hemorrhagic Fever: Causes, Symptoms, Transmission, and Prevention”.

The workshop included two lectures: the first, titled “Viral Hemorrhagic Fever: Causes and Symptoms”, was presented by Dr. Asmaa Zaki Shetawi, and the second, titled “Transmission and Prevention”, was presented by Dr. Suhair Imad Abd Al-Razzaq. The workshop was held in the Community Medicine Hall (1) on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 10:30 am, and targeted university employees and staff, with the aim of achieving the third Sustainable Development Goal: Good Health and Well-being
