Workshop: “Your Card is Your Security”
A workshop titled “Your Card is Your Security” was held under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Prof. Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, supervised by Asst. Prof. Dr. Humam Ghanim Ibraahim, and attended by the vice Dean for Scientific Affairs, Lecturer Dr. Ahmad Abdullah Ahmad, the vice Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Lecturer Dr. Karam Turath Toufiq, and Lecturer Dr. Raad Ahmad Ayoub, head of the Sustainable Development Unit at the University of Mosul Presidency. The workshop was organized by the College of Medicine on Monday, July 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM in the Reliability Hall.
The workshop aimed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals: Goal 5 “Gender Equality”, Goal 8 “Decent Work and Economic Growth”, Goal 9 “Industry, Innovation”, Goal 10 “Reducing Inequalities”, and Goal 16 “Peace and Strong Institutions”. It was part of the efforts of the College of Medicine in cooperation with the Department of Studies and Planning and the Sustainable Development Unit, in collaboration with the National Security Agency / Mosul Universities and Institutes Security Office.
The workshop targeted the staff of the college and aimed to:
– Enhance awareness of the importance of the master card in maintaining the security and privacy of information.
– Develop the necessary skills to handle the master card securely and effectively.
Lectures were given by officers from the National Security Agency.
