“Pulse of Life” Student Cultural and Artistic Festival

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Mosul, Professor Dr. Waheed Mahmoud Al-Ibrahimi, and chaired by the Dean of the College of Nursing / University of Mosul, Assistant Professor Dr. Tahseen Mohsen Hussein, and under the supervision of the Student Activities Division, the College of Nursing held the student cultural and artistic festival “Pulse of Life,” with wide attendance from faculty members, students, and those interested in cultural and artistic activities.
The festival featured a variety of events that reflected students’ talents and creativity in cultural and artistic fields, including exhibitions of handicrafts and artwork, poetry performances, as well as awareness activities aimed at promoting a spirit of cooperation and belonging among students and highlighting their role in creating a positive and creativity-enhancing university environment.
The Deanship of the College of Nursing / University of Mosul emphasized that organizing this festival comes within the framework of supporting youth energies and developing students’ abilities, as well as strengthening communication between students and faculty members, and providing a space for expressing the diverse talents and capabilities of the college’s students.
The “Pulse of Life” festival embodies several Sustainable Development Goals, most notably quality education through supporting cultural and educational activities, good health and well-being by enhancing students’ psychological and social health, in addition to reducing inequalities by involving all students in the activities, and contributing to building partnerships within the university environment between students, college administration, and teaching staff, thereby helping to create a more aware and cohesive university community.
