The entry of the Iraqi Journal of Pharmacy into the DOAJ Open Access Database: An Important Step Towards Global Impact and Visibility”

In good news for lovers of science and scientific research, the Iraqi Journal of Pharmacy has received the approval of the DOAJ Directory to join its database, starting from April 15, 2024.
This step is an important addition to the scientific and academic resource of the journal, as it is expected to increase its visibility, impact and distribution, which contributes to increasing the use of its content by researchers and those interested.
This addition also reflects the commitment of the Deanship of the College of Pharmacy and the academic staff to excellence and the advancement of scientific research in Iraq.
Commenting on this achievement, the Deanship of the Faculty of Pharmacy, represented by Prof. Dr. Zeina Abdel Moneim Abdel Meguid, Dean of the Faculty, expressed her thanks and appreciation to the editorial board headed by Prof. Dr. Yasser Fakhry Mustafa and the members of the editorial board of the journal, who played a prominent role in supporting and following up the journal.
This achievement is an important step towards entering international databases such as Scopus and others, which opens up wide horizons for the journal and for the researchers and authors involved in it.
