In line with the Sustainable Development Goals, Goal 4: Quality Education, the university issued an official order promoting the faculty member of the Public Policy Department at the College of Political Science, University of Mosul, Lecturer Dr. Mohammed Hazem Hamed, to the rank of Assistant Professor, on 3 November 2025.
