The Hiwar Al-Fikr Journal, published by the Iraqi Institute for Dialogue, featured in its Issue (85-86) a translated article by Associate Professor Dr. Tariq Mohammed Dhanoon Al-Taie, a faculty member of the Department of International Relations at our college, on Thursday, April 2, 2026. The translation included an article by the author Stephen Pomper titled "One-Man War: How the Checks on Presidential War Powers Eroded—and How to Restore Them," originally published in Foreign Affairs magazine. The significance of this scientific contribution comes within the framework of responding to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly (Goal 4: Quality Education).
