The World’s Day of Social Justice
waseemmowafak2026-02-21T08:34:02+00:00On 20th of February every year, peoples around the world observe the World's Day of Social Justice under the theme “Renewing the Commitment to Social Development and Social Justice,” within a pivotal global context that followed the convening of the Second World Summit for Social Development and the adoption of the Doha Political Declaration. Through reaffirming the principles of the 1995 Copenhagen Declaration, Member States renewed their commitment to eradicating poverty, achieving full and productive employment and decent work for all, and promoting social inclusion as interconnected pillars of social development.
